What happens after you send it
- Within minutes (business hours). A reply on WhatsApp confirming the suburb, the size and whether it looks like asbestos from your photos or the satellite view. If it is not asbestos, we say so.
- Within 1 to 3 days. The registered contractor visits, measures, checks access and looks for asbestos gutters, ridges, cladding and ceilings.
- Fixed quote. One document: removal at R150 to R250 per m², the new roof, disposal at a licensed landfill, air monitoring and the clearance certificate, and dates. Nothing starts until you say so.

Questions people ask before sending
Is the estimate free?
Yes. The WhatsApp reply and the site check cost nothing and carry no obligation. You pay the contractor only if you accept the fixed quote.
What if I am not sure it is asbestos?
Send it anyway. A photo of the roof and the underside, plus the year the building went up, is usually enough for the contractor to say which way it leans. If it is not asbestos you are told so, and the job becomes a normal re-roof.
Do you share my address or photos with anyone else?
Only with the registered contractor who quotes. The site itself stores nothing: the address finder runs in your browser and the message is sent from your own WhatsApp.
Can I get a quote for a business or a body corporate?
Yes. Factories, warehouses, schools and sectional-title schemes are the bulk of the work. Say who the decision-maker is and whether an asbestos inventory already exists; it shortens the process.
